It is also intended for those who want to test the effectiveness of medicinal mushrooms and strengthen their body in a natural way. It is also an excellent natural food supplement, as mushrooms have high nutritional values ​​- valuable nutritional values, trace minerals, vitamins, macro minerals, fiber, proteins. Medicinal mushrooms have a rich history in Chinese medicine and healing, and people are increasingly turning to nature for health.

Usage

The mushroom powder can be mixed into liquids such as water, tea, coffee, cocoa, yogurt, juice, smoothies, etc. Mix well and drink after sips as soon as possible. It is recommended to consume it during a meal or at least half an hour after a meal. 

It makes sense to take the mushroom or mixture continuously for at least three to four weeks and not stop taking it as soon as you notice an improvement. The treatment should be repeated twice a year, preferably in autumn and spring. Taking it for a long time is only recommended for long-term problems. Even then, we recommend regular interruptions of a few days, which should be as long as possible when improving.

We recommend the simultaneous consumption of medicinal mushrooms and vitamin C.

Recommended daily intake

The recommended intake is 1-3 teaspoons per day. 1 teaspoon contains about 2-3 grams of mushroom powder. If possible, take half the dose in the morning and half in the evening. We recommend that you take half the amount for the first few days and gradually increase it to the recommended amount.
